Notes | - Finished, pen and ink, topographical map showing the old counties of Tryon, Albany, Charlotte, Cumberland, Gloucester, and the manor of Rensselaer as they were in 1778.
- Properties are shown in detail, many with the names of the owners.
- The map has many similarities to Claude Joseph Sauthier's A chorographical map of the province of New-York..., for which this might be a preliminary study.
